1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
Europe: 8–18 business days
Latin America: 10–20 business days
Rest of the World: 12–25 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order. Some products may qualify for free shipping.

3. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to be updated.

4. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier issues. However, we will always support you in tracking and resolving the issue.

5. Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you entered the wrong address and the item is returned to us, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
